Mr. Rick Lien brings over thirty years of management experience from Taiwan-based subsidiaries of US high-tech firms. Rick has served as Vice President at PCI Executive Search Consultants, General Manager at Melles Griot, Operations Manager at Wang Computer, and Operations and Quality Control Manager at Timex, Taiwan.

Prior to entering the recruiting industry, Rick served as General Manager at BestCERT Quality Registrars, where Mr. Lien managed operations at regional business centers in China, Taiwan, and Thailand. Presently, Mr. Lien is responsible for Eagle Search's operations in northern Taiwan, including searches within Hsinchu's Science-based Industrial Park.

Rick Lien offers our candidates and clients a unique perspective coming from years of management experience in the Greater China region. Mr. Lien earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, which combined with his management experience, ensures superior executive search proceedings.

Echo is a highly dedicated executive search professional specializing in senior management positions in semiconductor, electronics, and IT industries, with a proven track record of successfully completing more than 200 assignments since she entered the executive search profession in February 2004.

Echo specializes in serving the recruitment needs of multinational companies operating in the semiconductor, electronics, technology, telecommunication, IT and software industries in Taiwan and China. She focuses her professional portfolio in these functional areas: C-level executives, GM, VP, Country Manager, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, Production, Manufacturing, Technical, IT/MIS, CFO/Finance Controller, and Human Resources positions. Her client base ranges from start-ups to large, multi-national companies. Echo is recognized by clients for her professionalism, dedication, and commitment in managing the most complicated search projects. She personally leads each of her searches with a hands-on and detailed approach that has resulted in search delivery and successful performance record.

Echo graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in the US. She is multicultural and trilingual/quadlingual. Living overseas for more than 12 years, Echo speaks English and Japanese, besides her native languages, Mandarin and Taiwanese. She had lived in US for over 8 years, and Japan for 4 years. Having lived and worked in Tokyo, San Francisco, San Jose, Silicon Valley, and Taiwan, Echo brings a global perspective to her clients.

As a search professional, Echo is known for completing systematic, thorough and well-researched searches with speed and precision. Echo knows how the placement process works, offers her clients full service (recruit - offer - transition), and delivers satisfactory results.

Born and raised in Taiwan, Alex immigrated to the United States of America when he was 14 years old. Alex thrives in multi-cultural environments with people with broad culture and backgrounds.

His educational attainments include a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a MS degree in Information Management acquired from Boston University in the States. Alex's professional career began at MITRE Corporation as a Communication Engineer, and then moved on to sales & marketing function in real estate development, construction, information management, and telecommunication.

Alex focuses on searches for senior management posts in the financial sector. Some of the noted clients include Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, ING Baring Securities, Nomura Securities, ABN-AMRO Asia, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities. Prior to joining Eagle Executive Search, Alex was with PCI Executive Search Consultants, KPMG Consulting, TMP Worldwide, and Amrop Hever Taiwan and gained extensive practical experiences.

Candice is an executive search professional specializing in mid- to senior-level positions within the luxury retail, FMCG, and consumer goods space.

Prior to joining Eagle Executive Search, Candice was Branch Manager at Adecco for 4 years, Assistant Manager at Idee Department Store for 4 years, and Executive Secretary at Morris Enterprise for 3 years.

Candice holds a MBA degree from Waynesburg University in US, and a bachelor degree in Chuo University, Japan. She speaks fluent Japanese and Chinese, and with good command of English. She is committed to delivering results for clients, and with strong capabilities in building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Sarah Su graduated from National Cheng-Chi University with a Finance major. She later obtained an MBA degree in Marketing from the University of Houston, U.S.A.

Sarah has a wide range of experience in various roles including, 2-year business partner in a start-up company, 3-year financial consultant, 2-year headhunter and over 10 years of IT PM and Marketing at Lite-On Technology, GIGA-BYTE Communications, and HTC. She is experienced with corporate strategy and business marketing. She also has a deep understanding of product planning, product life-cycle management and branding especially in the mobile phone industry.

Based on Sarah's diverse professional experience, she perfectly understands the required characteristics, abilities, and culture of each job from entry level all the way to executive management. Her ability in facilitating recruiting services for her clients' needs is assured.
